Refund Policy
At Nithra Consulting Services (NCS), we strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with the services we provide. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases or signing up for our services.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital and custom software services, we do not offer full refunds once the project has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Project not initiated: If you cancel the project before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued.
- Delayed delivery: If there is a significant delay in project delivery without valid reasons from our side.
- Service not delivered as agreed: If the final output is substantially different from the agreed scope and we are unable to rectify it.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Client fails to provide required information or approvals in a timely manner
- Work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope
- Delays caused by third-party services or platforms
4. Partial Refunds
In rare cases where partial work has been completed and approved, a partial refund may be considered based on the remaining undelivered portion.
5. Refund Process
All refund requests must be sent in writing to ncs@nithra.mobi with clear reasons for the request. We will review your case and respond within 7–10 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
